Keep your IBRELIA™ wall art looking its best for years to come.
The IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame is designed for indoor use and finished with protective matte lamination to help preserve the printed surface against dust, fingerprints, light moisture, and everyday handling.
With simple care, your wall art can remain clean, sharp, and visually striking.
Regular Cleaning
For everyday dusting, use a:
- Soft dry microfiber cloth
- Clean lint-free cloth
- Very soft duster
Gently wipe the surface without applying excessive pressure.
Avoid rough cloths, brushes, or abrasive materials that could damage the laminated finish.
Removing Light Marks
For fingerprints or light surface marks, use a soft slightly damp cloth.
The cloth should be damp, not wet.
After wiping the area, allow it to dry naturally or gently follow with a clean dry cloth.
Do not allow water to collect around the edges or back of the frame.
Do Not Use Harsh Cleaners
Avoid using:
- Bleach
- Alcohol-based cleaners
- Glass cleaner
- Strong detergents
- Furniture polish
- Solvents
- Abrasive cleaning products
These products may damage the matte lamination, affect the printed surface, or alter the finish.
Keep Away from Excessive Moisture
The protective matte lamination provides resistance against light moisture, but the IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame is not waterproof.
Avoid installing wall art in areas where it may be exposed to:
- Direct water
- Heavy condensation
- Excessive humidity
- Steam
- Rain
- Wet walls
The frame is designed primarily for normal indoor environments.
Indoor Use Only
IBRELIA wall art is intended for indoor use.
We do not recommend using the 4K Ultra Wrap Frame outdoors, even in partially covered areas, because changing weather, humidity, heat, and moisture can affect both the print and frame structure over time.
Protect from Harsh Direct Sunlight
Normal indoor daylight is suitable.
However, prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight should be avoided where possible.
Continuous harsh sunlight may gradually affect printed colours over time, as it can with most printed artwork.
For best long-term results, place your wall art where it receives normal ambient indoor light rather than intense direct sunlight for extended periods.
Keep Away from Heat Sources
Avoid placing the artwork directly next to or above strong heat sources such as:
- Heaters
- Fireplaces
- Radiators
- Cooking appliances
- High-temperature equipment
Excessive heat may affect the frame structure or printed surface over time.
Handle with Clean Hands
When moving or installing the frame, handle it with clean, dry hands.
Where possible, hold the artwork from the sides or back rather than repeatedly touching the printed surface.
The matte lamination helps protect against fingerprints, but careful handling helps keep the artwork looking cleaner.
Moving Your Wall Art
If you need to relocate the frame:
- Remove it carefully from the wall.
- Support the frame with both hands.
- Avoid placing pressure on the front surface.
- Check the new hanging hardware before reinstalling.
- Make sure the new wall fixing is appropriate for the frame size.
For larger frames, having a second person assist is recommended.
Storing Wall Art
If you need to store the artwork temporarily:
- Keep it indoors
- Store it in a dry environment
- Keep it away from direct sunlight
- Protect the printed surface
- Store it upright where possible
- Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it
- Do not allow the frame to rest against damp surfaces
If available, keep the original protective packaging for future transport or storage.
Do Not Stack Heavy Objects on Frames
The 4K Ultra Wrap Frame is designed to be displayed vertically on a wall.
When storing or transporting it, avoid placing heavy objects on the front surface.
Excessive pressure can damage the structure, corners, or printed face.
Cleaning the Sides
The artwork wraps around the approximately 2-inch sides of the frame.
Clean these edges using the same method as the front:
- Soft dry cloth for dust
- Slightly damp soft cloth for light marks
Avoid soaking the corners or allowing moisture to reach the MDF structure.
Caring for Large & Ultra-Wide Frames
Larger frames require slightly more care when moving or cleaning.
For A0, Ultra-Wide, large square, or custom-sized pieces:
- Use two hands when handling
- Have another person assist when necessary
- Avoid lifting from one corner
- Do not flex or twist the frame
- Make sure hanging hardware remains secure
Always support the structure evenly when moving a large piece.
Caring for Diptychs, Triptychs & Gallery Walls
For multi-piece arrangements:
- Clean all frames using the same method
- Check alignment periodically
- Make sure spacing remains consistent
- Inspect hanging points occasionally
- Re-level frames if they shift over time
Keeping all pieces clean and aligned helps the complete arrangement look intentional.
What Matte Lamination Helps Protect Against
The protective matte lamination helps reduce the impact of:
- Dust
- Fingerprints
- Light surface marks
- Minor moisture exposure
- Everyday handling
It also helps reduce glare compared with a glossy finish.
However, lamination does not make the artwork indestructible or fully waterproof.
Careful handling is still important.
What to Avoid
For quick reference, avoid:
- Outdoor use
- Rain
- Heavy moisture
- Harsh cleaning chemicals
- Abrasive cloths
- Prolonged intense direct sunlight
- Extreme heat
- Excessive pressure
- Bending or twisting the frame
- Storing against damp walls
If Your Frame Gets Wet
If the frame is accidentally exposed to light moisture:
- Gently wipe the surface with a clean dry cloth.
- Move the frame to a dry indoor area.
- Allow it to dry naturally.
- Do not use a hair dryer, heater, or other high-temperature method.
If significant water reaches the structure, contact IBRELIA for guidance.
If You Notice a Problem After Delivery
Damage, defects, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved claims require:
- A clear unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the issue
- Order details

Normal wear, accidental damage after delivery, improper installation, or damage caused by unsuitable cleaning or storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
