Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free nationwide delivery on orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below PKR 3,000, a standard delivery fee applies.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Major cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-Day Check Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or defective, share an unboxing video within 7 days and we’ll arrange an exchange or store credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the mistake is on Ibrelia’s side (damaged or wrong product), we cover the return.
If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Below are some of are common questions about orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and online card payments. COD orders above PKR 10,000 require a 10% advance payment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/Email. You can also track your order through our Track Your Order Page
Do you offer discounts on prepaid orders?
Yes! Pay online or via bank transfer and enjoy a 5% discount on your total order.
