Clear payment options designed to make ordering IBRELIA™ wall art simple and secure.

Because every IBRELIA frame is made to order, our payment policy balances customer convenience with the production commitment required for custom-made wall art.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

Orders Up to Rs. 8,000

Orders with a total value of up to Rs. 8,000 are eligible for full Cash on Delivery.

No advance payment is required for these standard orders unless another condition applies.

Orders Above Rs. 8,000

Orders with a total value above Rs. 8,000 require a 10% advance payment.

The remaining balance is payable on delivery.

This helps us confirm higher-value made-to-order production while still allowing customers to pay most of the amount through COD.

Full Advance Payment Discount

Customers who choose to pay the full order amount in advance receive a 10% discount.

This discount applies to eligible standard wall art orders paid fully before production.

The final payable amount will be confirmed before payment.

Custom Wall Art Orders

Custom and personalised wall art requires a 50% advance payment.

The remaining balance is payable according to the confirmed order arrangement.

Custom orders may include:

• Personal photos
• Custom designs
• Names and dates
• Personal quotes
• Custom layouts
• Custom dimensions
• Other approved personalised artwork

Because custom work is created specifically for one customer, a higher advance is required before production.

Custom Design Charges

Some custom projects may involve additional design work.

Depending on complexity, design charges may apply.

Any applicable design fee will be communicated before paid design work begins.

Custom design orders include up to two revisions unless otherwise agreed.

Standard Order Advance Refunds

For standard wall art orders, any advance payment is fully refundable if the customer cancels the order before production begins.

Once production has started, the order becomes non-cancellable.

Custom Order Advance Refunds

For custom wall art, the advance may be refundable before production begins, after deducting any design or preparation charges already incurred.

Once the customer approves the final artwork and production begins, the custom order becomes non-cancellable.

Written Approval for Custom Orders

Custom artwork only moves into production after the customer gives written approval of the final artwork preview.

Customers should review all details carefully before approval, including:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Quotes
• Layout
• Positioning
• Design details

Once approved, these elements are considered confirmed.

Customers With Previous Refused Orders

If a customer previously confirmed an order and then refused delivery, IBRELIA may require a 50% advance payment on the next order.

This policy helps protect against repeated losses on made-to-order production.

Re-Delivery After Failed Delivery Attempts

If a parcel is returned to IBRELIA after three failed delivery attempts and the customer still wants the order, re-dispatch requires:

• 50% advance payment
• Applicable re-delivery charges

The order will only be sent again after payment requirements are completed.

Payment Confirmation

Where an advance or full payment is required, the order will only move forward after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Customers may be asked to provide payment proof where necessary.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• Mobile wallet
• Other approved electronic payment methods
• Cash on Delivery where eligible

The currently available payment options will be confirmed at checkout or by the IBRELIA team.

Order Value Calculation

Payment requirements are based on the final confirmed order total after applicable discounts and adjustments.

If the order value changes because of:

• Size changes
• Quantity changes
• Custom design work
• Custom dimensions
• Approved discounts

the required advance may also be recalculated.

Full Advance Discount and Other Offers

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers and discounts may have their own conditions.

The 10% full-advance discount may not always be combined with every other promotion or special offer.

Where multiple discounts are involved, the final eligible amount will be confirmed before payment.

Payment for Corporate & Commercial Projects

Corporate and commercial projects may have separate payment terms depending on:

• Project value
• Quantity
• Custom design requirements
• Installation
• Production timeline
• Project scope

Commercial payment schedules are confirmed individually as part of the project quotation.

Payment for Studio Pickup

If an order is being collected from the IBRELIA Studio and a balance remains due, the payment requirement will be confirmed before pickup.

Customers should wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the studio.

Fraud Prevention

IBRELIA reserves the right to request additional payment verification or a higher advance where an order presents unusual risk, including repeated refused deliveries or other order-history concerns.

Any such requirement will be communicated before production.
