Every IBRELIA frame is made to order and inspected before dispatch so that the final piece reflects the standard expected from Pakistan’s Premium Wall Art Brand.

Our Standard Begins with the Print

The artwork is the heart of every frame.

We use premium 4K vinyl printing to reproduce artwork with strong clarity, detail, contrast, and visual impact.

Before a frame is approved for dispatch, the printed surface is checked for visible production issues such as:

• Poor print clarity
• Major print defects
• Misalignment
• Incorrect artwork
• Surface damage
• Unacceptable finishing issues

Our goal is to make sure the artwork looks as it should before it leaves our studio.

Protective Matte Finish

Every print is protected with matte lamination.

This helps create a refined, low-glare surface while adding protection against:

• Dust
• Fingerprints
• Light moisture
• Everyday surface marks

The lamination also makes the artwork easier to maintain during normal indoor use.

Built Around the IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame

Every artwork is produced on The IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame.

The frame uses premium 12mm MDF wooden construction in a canvas-style format with approximately 2-inch sides.

The artwork continues around all four edges, creating a seamless wrapped appearance designed to look complete from both the front and side.

Our team checks the construction and wrapping before the piece is approved for delivery.

Made to Order

Every IBRELIA frame is produced specifically after an order is placed.

This means each piece goes through its own production process:

Print → Laminate → Build → Wrap → Finish → Inspect → Pack

Made-to-order production allows us to remain more closely involved in the final result rather than relying only on pre-produced stock.

Final Quality Inspection

Before packaging, every finished frame goes through a final inspection.

We review:

• Print clarity
• Lamination finish
• Artwork alignment
• Wrapped edges
• Frame structure
• Surface condition
• Overall presentation

If something does not meet our expected standard, it should be corrected before dispatch.

Secure Packaging

Quality does not stop when production ends.

Every frame is carefully packed using protective materials designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Our standard packaging includes:

• Butter paper
• Ribbon
• Branded sticker
• Thank-you card
• Protective bubble wrap
• Secure outer packaging

We want the frame to arrive looking as close as possible to the way it left our studio.

Ready to Hang

Every IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame is delivered ready to hang.

Instructions are provided on the back of the frame, helping customers understand how to prepare the artwork for installation.

The exact hanging method can vary depending on frame size and wall type.

What the Quality Promise Covers

The IBRELIA Quality Promise is intended to cover genuine manufacturing or fulfilment issues such as:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect artwork supplied
• Incorrect size supplied
• Significant print defects
• Structural issues caused during production
• Eligible damage identified upon delivery

Approved cases are handled under our Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy.

How Approved Issues Are Resolved

If an eligible issue is confirmed, IBRELIA will normally arrange a replacement first.

A refund may be considered if a suitable replacement is not possible.

If the original frame needs to be returned as part of an approved claim, IBRELIA will cover the return shipping cost.

In some cases, where an item is clearly unusable or severely damaged, the return requirement may be waived.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the claim properly, customers are required to provide:

• A clear unboxing video
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• Order details
• A short explanation of the problem

This allows our team to assess the situation fairly and quickly.

Natural Screen-to-Print Differences

Screens display colour using light, while printed artwork uses physical inks and materials.

Because of this, slight variations in colour, brightness, or tone can occur between a phone, tablet, computer screen, and the final printed artwork.

Minor screen-to-print differences are normal and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Made-to-Order Expectations

Every IBRELIA frame is produced specifically for the customer.

Because of this, correctly supplied wall art in proper condition cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind after delivery.

If there is a genuine production or fulfilment issue, however, our team will review it under the Quality Promise and the relevant policy.

We do not believe quality should mean claiming that nothing can ever go wrong.

It means having standards before dispatch and a clear process when a genuine issue does occur.

Our responsibility is to inspect the work carefully, package it properly, communicate clearly, and resolve approved problems fairly.
