Every IBRELIA™ frame is made to order, one piece at a time.

Our production process is designed around one goal: creating a finished wall-art piece that looks premium, feels solid, and arrives ready to hang.

From the moment your order enters production to the moment it is packed for delivery, every stage is handled with attention to print quality, construction, wrapping, finishing, and presentation.

01 — Artwork Preparation

Every order begins with the artwork itself.

Before printing, the file is prepared for the selected frame size and checked for:

• Resolution
• Proportions
• Orientation
• Cropping
• Print suitability
• Overall composition

For standard designs, the approved product artwork is used as the production reference.

For custom wall art, production begins only after the customer has approved the final artwork preview.

02 — Premium 4K Vinyl Printing

Once the artwork is prepared, it is printed on premium high-quality vinyl using our 4K print process.

This stage is focused on reproducing the artwork with:

• Sharp detail
• Strong visual clarity
• Rich tones
• Clean text
• Defined edges
• Consistent overall appearance

The quality of the print is essential because it forms the visible surface of the finished frame.

03 — Protective Matte Lamination

After printing, a protective matte lamination is applied over the artwork.

The matte finish helps:

• Reduce glare
• Protect against dust
• Reduce fingerprint marks
• Add resistance to light moisture
• Make regular cleaning easier
• Improve the durability of the printed surface

The goal is a clean, refined finish that works naturally in modern indoor spaces.

04 — Preparing the Frame Structure

The printed artwork is then paired with the structure of The IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame.

Every frame is built using a premium 12mm MDF wooden sheet in a canvas-style construction.

The frame features approximately 2-inch sides around all four edges, giving the finished piece depth and presence when displayed on a wall.

05 — Wrapping the Artwork

This is one of the defining features of the IBRELIA 4K Ultra Wrap Frame.

The artwork continues beyond the front surface and is carefully wrapped around all four sides of the frame.

This creates a seamless canvas-style appearance without the need for a traditional external border.

During this stage, careful attention is given to:

• Alignment
• Corners
• Edge continuity
• Tension
• Positioning
• Overall finish

The goal is for the artwork to look complete from both the front and the side.

06 — Finishing

Once the artwork has been wrapped, the frame is carefully finished and prepared for final inspection.

This stage focuses on the details that affect the overall presentation of the finished piece.

Our team checks the frame for:

• Clean edges
• Proper wrapping
• Surface condition
• Structural finish
• Alignment
• Overall appearance

07 — Ready-to-Hang Preparation

Every IBRELIA frame is prepared so that it arrives ready to hang.

Instructions are placed on the back of the frame to help guide the customer after delivery.

The appropriate hanging method will depend on the size of the frame and the type of wall where it will be installed.

08 — Quality Inspection

Before any frame is packed, it goes through a final quality inspection.

We review the finished piece for:

• Print clarity
• Lamination finish
• Artwork alignment
• Wrapped sides
• Frame construction
• Surface condition
• Overall presentation

If something does not meet our expected standard, it should be corrected before the order moves to packaging.

This final inspection forms an important part of the IBRELIA Quality Promise.

09 — Premium Protective Packaging

Once approved, the finished frame is carefully packed for delivery.

Our standard presentation includes:

• Butter paper
• Ribbon
• Branded sticker
• Thank-you card
• Protective bubble wrap
• Secure outer packaging

The purpose is to keep the presentation neat while giving the frame the protection it needs during transportation.

10 — Dispatch

Once production and packaging are complete, the order is handed over to one of our trusted nationwide courier partners.

Tracking details are shared with the customer after dispatch.

Made to Order, Not Mass Produced

Every IBRELIA frame is produced after an order is placed.

This made-to-order approach allows us to focus more closely on the individual artwork and finished piece rather than treating wall art like bulk inventory.

Our standard production time is 3–5 working days before dispatch.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

• 2–3 working days for major cities
• 5–7 working days for smaller cities and remote areas

Courier delays can occasionally happen outside our direct control, but our team remains available to assist with tracking and follow-up.
