Intellectual Property & Copyright

BRELIA™ respects intellectual property rights and takes legitimate copyright and trademark concerns seriously.

IBRELIA offers wall art across a wide range of themes, styles, cultures, and interests. Some artwork may reference or relate to entertainment, sports, music, personalities, brands, characters, or other third-party subject matter.

This page explains how intellectual property concerns can be reported to us and how IBRELIA reviews rights-related requests.

Pakistan’s copyright framework includes the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, which remains part of the country’s federal legal framework.

Respect for Intellectual Property

IBRELIA does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, characters, logos, photographs, names, brands, or other protected material merely because they may be referenced in an artwork or collection.

Where applicable, those rights remain with their respective owners.

We aim to respond appropriately when a legitimate rights holder or authorized representative raises a concern regarding content offered through IBRELIA.

Reporting Copyright or Trademark Concerns

If you believe content displayed or sold through IBRELIA infringes intellectual property rights that you own or are authorized to represent, please contact us at:

Email: info@ibrelia.com

For intellectual property matters, email is strongly recommended so that there is a clear written record of the request.

Information to Include

To help us review the matter efficiently, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your full name
  • Company or organization name, if applicable
  • Your contact details
  • The rights holder you represent
  • Description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material
  • Evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the relevant rights holder
  • The IBRELIA product or page you are concerned about
  • Direct URL of the relevant product or content
  • Explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights
  • Supporting registration details where applicable
  • Any additional information that may help us assess the request

Incomplete requests may require additional information before a decision can be made.

Authorized Representatives

If you are submitting a complaint on behalf of another person, company, artist, photographer, brand, studio, publisher, or rights holder, please provide evidence showing that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

IBRELIA may request additional verification before taking action.

Our Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, IBRELIA may:

  1. Review the identified content
  2. Review the information provided by the complainant
  3. Request further evidence or clarification
  4. Temporarily restrict the relevant listing while the matter is reviewed
  5. Contact relevant suppliers, artists, designers, or other involved parties where appropriate
  6. Remove or modify content where we determine that action is appropriate
  7. Decline requests that are unsupported, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid

The exact process may vary depending on the nature of the complaint.

Removal of Content

Where IBRELIA determines that a legitimate intellectual property concern requires action, we may remove, disable, modify, or stop offering the relevant artwork or content.

Removal from the IBRELIA website does not necessarily constitute an admission of legal liability.

In some situations, content may be removed voluntarily while ownership or licensing questions are being clarified.

Trademarks & Brand Names

Third-party trademarks, business names, logos, team names, product names, and other brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance within descriptive text, artwork, categories, or customer search functionality does not automatically mean that the relevant rights holder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with IBRELIA.

Where licensing or authorization is specifically applicable, that relationship may be stated separately.

Fandom Artwork

IBRELIA may organize artwork around themes such as:

  • Movies & TV
  • Anime
  • Gaming
  • Music
  • Sports
  • Automotive culture
  • Fashion
  • Popular culture

These categories help customers discover artwork according to their interests.

The existence of a fandom category does not itself establish an official relationship between IBRELIA and every third-party property referenced within that category.

Photography & Images

Photographs may be protected by copyright.

If you are a photographer, agency, publisher, image owner, or authorized representative and believe a photograph has been used without appropriate rights, please contact us with:

  • Identification of the photograph
  • Relevant IBRELIA URL
  • Evidence of ownership or representation
  • Any applicable licensing information

We will review the request.

Artists & Designers

If you are an artist or designer and believe your original artwork has been reproduced through IBRELIA without appropriate authorization, please contact us.

Useful supporting information may include:

  • Original artwork files
  • Publication history
  • Portfolio links
  • Creation dates
  • Registration information where available
  • Evidence showing your authorship

We want legitimate creator concerns to reach the appropriate team for review.

Customer-Supplied Custom Artwork

IBRELIA also produces custom wall art from material supplied directly by customers.

By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, designs, text, or other material for custom production, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

IBRELIA does not independently verify ownership of every customer-supplied file.

However, we reserve the right to reject a custom order if there is a reasonable concern regarding legality, rights, or suitability.

Responsibility for Customer Content

Customers must not knowingly submit material for custom production that infringes:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark rights
  • Design rights
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity/personality rights
  • Other applicable third-party rights

If a legitimate complaint arises regarding customer-supplied content, IBRELIA may cooperate with appropriate review or legal processes where required.

IBRELIA-Owned Content

IBRELIA also owns or controls certain original brand materials, which may include:

  • IBRELIA™ name and branding
  • Logos
  • Website copy
  • Original photography
  • Original graphics
  • Product presentation
  • Website layouts
  • Original artwork created or commissioned by IBRELIA
  • Marketing materials

Unless permission is provided, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited in a way that infringes IBRELIA’s rights.

Use of IBRELIA Product Images

IBRELIA product images are provided to help customers view and purchase our products.

They should not be copied for:

  • Competing commercial listings
  • Unauthorized resale
  • Fake IBRELIA listings
  • Misleading advertising
  • Reproduction of IBRELIA artwork
  • Impersonation of the IBRELIA brand

If you are a media partner, collaborator, reseller, or other business wishing to use IBRELIA materials, contact us for permission.

Counterfeit or Impersonating Listings

If you discover a website, social-media account, marketplace listing, or advertisement that appears to impersonate IBRELIA or sell unauthorized copies of IBRELIA-branded products, please report it to:

info@ibrelia.com

Include screenshots and links where possible.

False or Abusive Complaints

Intellectual property complaints should be submitted in good faith.

IBRELIA reserves the right to disregard complaints that appear to be:

  • Fraudulent
  • Deliberately misleading
  • Harassing
  • Unsupported
  • Submitted without authority
  • Intended primarily to interfere with legitimate business activity

Where appropriate, we may request additional evidence before taking action.

Repeat Issues

Where repeated legitimate intellectual property concerns relate to the same source, contributor, or content type, IBRELIA may take additional internal measures, including discontinuing the relevant content or source.

No Automatic Affiliation

Unless expressly stated, references to third-party brands, individuals, organizations, entertainment properties, sports teams, artists, or other rights holders should not be interpreted as establishing:

  • Partnership
  • Sponsorship
  • Official licensing
  • Endorsement
  • Affiliation

Any official collaboration or licensed collection may be identified separately where applicable.

Legal Requests

Formal legal correspondence regarding intellectual property should be sent by email to:

Please clearly identify the communication as an Intellectual Property / Copyright Notice.
