Have a photograph you want to display properly?

Send us the highest-quality version available.

Our team will review the image for:

• Resolution
• Sharpness
• Composition
• Aspect ratio
• Print suitability
• Selected frame size

Where possible, we may enhance or upscale lower-resolution images to improve their suitability for printing.

However, enhancement cannot recreate unlimited detail from a poor original file, so perfect print quality cannot be guaranteed when the source image is very low resolution, heavily compressed, blurred, or damaged.

Custom Design Assistance

Do not have a print-ready design?

That is fine.

IBRELIA offers custom design assistance for customers who have an idea but need help turning it into finished artwork.

Depending on the complexity of the project, additional design charges may apply.

Any applicable design fee will be communicated before design work begins.

Two Included Revisions

Custom design orders include up to two revisions.

This allows you to request reasonable adjustments to the proposed artwork before final approval.

Additional revisions beyond the included two may carry an extra design fee depending on the amount of work required.

Your Approval Comes First

Custom artwork does not move into production until you approve the final design.

Before printing, we will send you the final artwork preview for review.

Please check everything carefully, including:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Quotes
• Layout
• Positioning
• Design details
• Orientation

Production begins only after we receive your written approval.

Once Approved

Once the final artwork has been approved and production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable.

Any spelling, names, dates, wording, layout, or design details that were visible in the approved artwork are considered confirmed by the customer.

Changes requested after approval and production has started will not be treated as a production error.

Custom Order Payment

Custom and personalised wall art orders require a 50% advance payment.

The remaining balance is payable according to the confirmed order arrangement.

If a custom order is cancelled before production starts, the advance may be refunded after deducting any design or preparation charges already incurred.

Once the artwork has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Image Quality Matters

The quality of the final print depends heavily on the quality of the original file.

For the best result, we recommend providing:

• The original photograph or design file
• The highest resolution available
• Files sent without unnecessary WhatsApp compression where possible
• Clear, sharp photographs
• Original artwork rather than screenshots

Our team will let you know if we believe the supplied file may not produce the expected result at your selected size.

Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting an image, photograph, logo, design, artwork, or other material for a custom order, the customer confirms that they have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.

IBRELIA may decline custom requests that we believe are unsuitable, unlawful, technically impractical, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Screen-to-Print Colour

Digital screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently.

Slight variations in brightness, tone, or colour between the approved digital preview and the final physical print can occur and are considered normal.

These minor screen-to-print differences are not treated as manufacturing defects.

Made to Order

Every custom IBRELIA frame is made specifically for you after final approval.

Standard production time is typically 3–5 working days after the design has been approved and the order has entered production.

Delivery time then varies depending on location.

Free Delivery Nationwide

Custom wall art orders include free delivery across Pakistan unless a special project arrangement states otherwise.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Custom Wall Art for Businesses

Custom business logos, branded artwork, office projects, hospitality spaces, restaurants, retail interiors, and larger commercial requirements are handled through our dedicated Corporate & Commercial service.

This allows us to provide more appropriate support for bulk orders, custom dimensions, artwork planning, and installation where available.
