1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If there’s a delay due to system maintenance, public holidays, or promotional peaks, we'll update you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic (within Pakistan): via leading couriers such as TCS, Leopards Courier, or similar.

  • International: via reputable partners like DHL Express, FedEx International Economy, or relevant regional carriers.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The destination country/region

  • The weight or volume of items

  • The chosen shipping method (e.g., standard, expedited)

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on what to expect.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please email us at info@ibrela.com or via Shopify’s message center.

  • Include: order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description.

  • We’ll collaborate with the courier to resolve the issue—either via replacement or refund—promptly.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to update your shipping address or modify items? Just reach out within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After 12 hours, orders begin processing and may not be changeable or cancellable.
